We understand that it is not always easy to bring your pet to us to be examined. Particularly for multiple pet households or mothers with small children.

Our vets will happily do housecall vaccinations at no extra cost for clients living in the local area at approximately lunchtime (between 12.30 - 2pm).

We can also do home visits for regular consultations (for example skin problems, arthritis and ear infections), though there is a surchage for the home visit. This surcharge is waived for routine annual vaccinations.

Another very popular alternative is to drop your pet off on the way to work or school. We will examine your pet and call you with our findings later in the day and there is no charge for the hospital stay (normal consult and other charges apply).

In cases where your pet may need a blood test (eg sick pets), it is recommended to bring him or her to the hospital or ring us and we will organise one of our friendly nurses to transport the pet in our pet ambulance.

The respect and empathy shown by both Chris and Katrina recently when we as a family, were confronted with the inevitable decision that Wrinki could go on no longer, was noted and very much appreciated by us all.
