APPOINTMENTS
We have recently extended our weekday and weekend hours.We are open 365 days a year for your convenience.
Monday to Friday - 7am to 8pm
Saturday - 7.30am to 5pm
Sunday - 9am to 5pm
Public Holidays - 9am to 3pm
To minimise waiting times we ask that you make an appointment for your pet. We are adequately staffed so we always have an appontment available for your pet to be seen, even with short notice. Even during busy times or late in the evening, we will always make time to see your pet.
It is rare to be kept waiting for longer than 5-10 minutes to see the vet. Clients can request to see a particular veterinarian when making an appointment.This is encouraged to allow a more personal service and is particularly helpful when your pet has an ongoing problem.
To accommodate clients with busy work schedules animals can be left with us from 7am. Many people make use of this convenient facility for routine consultations such as vaccinations and examinations.

EASY PARKING
We have plenty of available parking right at our front door. Enter from West St and drive up the driveway to park.

We are located on the corner of West St and Ryde Rd (opposite the Shell service station)
Coming from the Lower North Shore
Drive along Pacific Hwy towards Hornsby; turn LEFT into Bridge St at the fire station after the Mona Vale Rd. Go to the end of the street and turn left onto West St. Our driveway is at the end of the street ont the left.
Coming from the Upper North Shore
Drive along Pacific Hwy towards Chatswood; turn RIGHT into Bridge St at the fire station (after Livingstone Ave). Go to the end of the street and turn left onto West St. Our driveway is at the end of the street ont the left.
Coming from St.Ives
Drive along Mona Vale Rd and take Pacific Hwy exit; turn RIGHT onto Pacific Hwy then take the first left into Bridge St. Go to the end of the street and turn left onto West St. Our driveway is at the end of the street ont the left.
Coming from Ryde
Drive along Ryde Rd towards the Northern Beaches, turn LEFT at the Shell service station into West St, then a sharp immediate RIGHT into our driveway.
